Series 'M' Computerscales Model 72604
OPERATION:
- Set up pads alongside car. Scale pads are interchangeable.
- Connect cables from control box – note RF, LR, LF, etc.
- Turn on control box, allow to warm up for a few seconds. Push ZERO. Lift car and place pads under wheels. “Shake” car up & down at each corner to settle out any shock or suspension friction.
NOTES:
- Keep the system clean and dry. Do not drop either the pads or the control box.
- Route the cables so that no one trips and they do not get run over by floor jacks.
- Store in a clean dry place. Recharge the battery as needed or at least every 60 days.
- A cable disconnected is indicated by ----. Scale capacity is 1100 lbs. per wheel.
- System can be set for Metric readout. See below.
Switch to Metric Readout:
- Turn unit ON. CONNECT BATTERY CHARGER.
- Using the wheel buttons push LF & RR at the same time AND HOLD BOTH FOR 5 SECONDS. NOTE: Battery charger MUST be connected.
- To return to English lbs. push LF & RF at the same time AND AGAIN HOLD BOTH FOR 5 SECONDS. You are now done. This will remain until changed, even if the battery goes dead or is removed. If you have problems call the service department at 360-453-2051. Please have the serial number ready. It is located on the side of the electronic box on a shiny silver tag.
Change Weight Resolution:
- Turn unit ON. CONNECT BATTERY CHARGER.
- To change to ½ lb. resolution press LF wheel button and Memory button #2 AND HOLD BOTH FOR 5 SECONDS.
- To change to 1 lb. resolution press LF wheel button and Memory button #4 AND HOLD BOTH FOR 5 SECONDS. The readout display will change and remain until changed again, even if the battery goes dead or is removed. If you have problems call the service department at 360-453-2051. Please have the serial number ready. It is located on the side of the electronic box on a shiny silver tag.
