- I have a Longacre part that needs to be repaired. Where do I send it?
All repairs should be sent to the Longacre Racing Products factory with either a Warranty or Non-Warranty Service Form. Please contact Longacre Customer Service at (360) 453-2030 for an RMA Number. Click here to view the service instructions and warranty information.
- I can’t find the instructions for my Longacre part. How can I get another copy?
Check out the web site. We have tried to get all the instructions online, but if you cannot find the information you are looking for, please give us a call. We can mail or fax you a copy of the instructions that you need.

- Can I buy direct from you or do I have to go through a dealer?
We do encourage you to buy from your local Longacre dealer and often times they can offer you a better price. Check out our online Dealer Locator to find a Longacre dealer near you. You can buy directly from us, if necessary.
- I've lost my username and/or password. How can I get those again?
Contact the Webmaster using the Contact Us form and we'll send it to you. We'll need your name and the email address that you registered under.
