From 02.01.2017 to 03.31.2017

1. Purchase one of the qualifying new Tablet Scales systems listed from any participating Longacre retailer.
2. You MUST include the original product label which shows the LONGACRE BAR CODE label and product part number located on the package or box (example shown below). Rebate requests submitted without the LONGACRE BAR CODE from the original carton may be rejected.
3. Circle the qualifying purchase on your sales receipt dated between 2/1/2017 and 3/31/2017.
4. Download and fill out the Rebate Form completely and clearly.
5. In one envelope, mail completed Rebate Form, dates sales receipt and original LONGACRE BAR CODE product label described above to:

REQUIREMENTS TO RECEIVE REBATE:

• Tablet Scales must be purchased between 2/1/2017 and 3/31/2017 to qualify.
• Proof of retail purchase (copy of receipt)
• LONGACRE BAR CODE label off of box.
• Completed rebate form must be post marked on or before 5/15/2017.
• Valid for retail purchases of new Tablet Scales systems. Used or refurbished systems do not qualify for this promotion.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Mail-in Rebate Offer good on purchases made at participating retailers between 2/1/2017 and 3/31/2017 on qualifying Longacre Tablet Scales. Purchases made on used or refurbished Tablet Scales do not qualify for this promotion. All requests must be postmarked no later than 5/15/2017. Original label containing the Longacre Bar Code, part number and description for the product (found on the outside of the product packaging) and an original or photocopy of the dated receipt or invoice are required. Allow 4-6 weeks for rebate check delivery. Offer valid in the United States and Canada only. Rebate checks will be paid in U.S. Dollars. Cash redemption value is 1/100 of 1 cent. Keep copies of all materials submitted; originals will not be returned. Not responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, incorrect, or illegible requests. Offer is limited to product on hand and NO substitutions with other products are eligible. False information disqualifies this claim. Violators may be prosecuted.
